About REO Physical Therapy - Our Story
REO Physical Therapy was founded in 2021, with a mission to keep people healthy, active and well without having to take time off from doing the things they love secondary to injuries. We pride ourselves in helping people in Orange County Restore physical function , Empower them to regain independence in their wellness and Optimize their physical performance so they can live healthy and active lives.
REO is a thriving and rapidly growing health and wellness clinic located in Costa Mesa & Pasadena California, offering much more than just physical therapy, but yet a fully encompassing wellness experience. This is not your typical physical therapy or health care office.

What You’ll Need
Completion of an accredited PT, PTA or ATC program
Current and valid state licensure
Satisfying continuing education requirements
Ability to differentially diagnose, administer the highest quality of care and educate patients on a holistic POC
Desire to be integral part of the surrounding community
Ability to go above and beyond just the treatment table. Help patients to regain control of their lives and their independence.
For ATCs - You must be DN certified or willing to obtain certification quickly

What is so unique about this position?
You get to focus on your client by spending the full treatment time with them one-on-one uninterrupted.
Be challenged to provide solutions and not quick fixes to help patients decrease pain, restore function and build resilience
See a reasonable caseload of 6-8 clients per day (full time), so that you go home feeling energized and happy about the work you did, instead of mentally or physically drained.
Look forward to coming to work every day - because you actually get to practice what you went to school for...physical therapy!
Have one-on-one mentorship and training every week for clinical and nonclinical topics - no matter your experience or skill level.
Work as more than just a PT but better yet a Wellness Coordinator for your patients - with the ability to work alongside and collaborate with your team of referrals
